After walk in Aber a breeze came up so 8.5m/118l. Long, long walk across sands. Missed best of breeze as batten broke then rope slipped out of extension, took ages to fix in the water. Water quite flat, nice with light breeze with not enough breeze at times. Walked back at low tide, so was a very long walk which with broken batten form rigging knocked a star off. Ribs hurt and shoulder a bit sore afterwards, so maybe still a bit soon back soon.
